TYPICAL USES:
» PipeCast Rigid adheres extremely well to prepared concrete.
» PipeCast Rigid should be applied through a two component, heated, high pressure proportioning unit (1A:1B) capable of dynamic spray pressures of 2000 psi.
» Reactor heat should be set at 160°F for A and B sides along with the hose.
» At least 4” – 8” static mix nozzle must be used.
» Material must achieve a uniform temperature between 120°F to 160°F before spraying.
» Material must be agitated or stirred constantly or every ten minutes (depending on if you have added an internal agitator or not to the material cannisters).

FEATURES & BENEFITS:
» Fast Cure Time – Achieves full structural strength in record time, reducing downtime and increasing efficiency.
» Superior Bonding – Exceptional adhesion to a variety of substrates, ensuring a reliable and longlasting solution.
» Chemical & Abrasion Resistance – Designed to withstand aggressive environmental conditions, ensuring extended service life.
» Versatile Applications – Ideal for SIPP lining, protective coatings, and structural reinforcement in municipal and industrial projects.
