TRENCHLESS PIPE AND SEWER REPAIR SYSTEM

Sewer and domestic pipelines are in jeopardy due to aging, sediment deposits, and corrosion in these lines. Damaged, cracked, or leaky fittings can be an environmental hazard and create numerous problems to valuable resources such as consumable water, gas, or oil. ​

Cutting open pipes and replacement is hugely time-consuming, costly, noisy, and often creates significant traffic and business disruptions. IPP Solutions’ trenchless technologies provide a convenient, effective, and efficient solution.

PipeSeal Pro is a two-component system which is combined with a glass fiber liner to be for trenchless repair of short lengths of sewer pipes and pipework.

PipeSeal Pro is used to repair sewer and pipework.

The product has excellent properties and economical advantages.

The non-foaming elasticized resin hardens quickly, even where large volumes of external water inflow are present.
Component A of PipeSeal Pro resin is a water-glass component with additives.

Component B is a modified polyisocyanate.

The combination of components and liner forms an interpenetrating network of tough elastic, non-foamed silicate resin.

Mix A-component with a double volume of B-component for a minimum of 2 minutes. A prepared fiberglass mat is then saturated with the mixture using a spatula to both sides of the mat. Finally, a metal roller is used to ensure complete saturation of the mat.

This packer is transported to the area of treatment and positioned in place using slide rods, pneumatic rods or a winch. Inflation of the packer presses the saturated fiberglass mat onto the pipe. The resin bonds the laminated fiberglass mat to almost all commercial pipe materials and thus permanently seals and repairs cracks, fissures, and otherwise damaged areas.

The packer is deflated after approx. 1 hour and removed from the pipe. Flow can be routed through the packer during installation and through the liner immediately after packer removal.

Flexible packers

These kinds of packers are being used for partial repairs of damaged pipelines as well as for repairs of couplings in combination with artificial resins and strengthening materials ensuring repeated tightness and suitable static tightness.

Long Packers

Represent the most cost- effective implementation of packers. They are equipped with a fast coupling for filling and emptying and with two lifting eye bolts, which are installed for attaching the rope in the process of inserting, transporting and pulling out.

Lateral packers

Are used for repairing of pipes with smaller diameter, mostly of household installations. Packers are rounded on both sides so that the slip across the turns and the bends or the shift is much simpler.

T90 packers

Packers intended for repair works under 45, 60 and 90 degree angles. They are made of special materials, which also enable 90 degree adjustment.
